Order Online - Credit Card Security
All transactions processed are safe by using a 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption standard. It is strongly recommended that you use a SSL compliant browser such as Firefox, Safari, Opera or Internet Explorer which will allow you to conduct encrypted transactions on our website. Visa and Master Card are accepted. Click on the SSL Certification box located at the bottom of each page you would provide your credit card information on to confirm SSL certificate status and ownership, if in doubt.

Order By Mail or Phone
To find out what the total is of your order with proper Shipping & Handling, simply go through our online store as if you were placing an order. You can then send that amount by money order, cashier's check or personal check (note: personal checks take longer to clear for order fulfillment), plus include the item(s) you are ordering, your name, shipping address, and an email address if we need to contact you. As soon as your order is processed, it will be filled and shipped. If you want to use credit card (Visa or MC), then supply your CC number, expiration date, billing address and signature authorizing the charge.

Shipping Turnaround
We strive to get your order out fast; most orders ship the same business day and will rarely go beyond 48 hours, weekends excluded. You will receive an email confirmation when it ships. Pre-orders for unreleased titles will be charged upon receipt, but may be delayed for up to 90 days after the anticipated release date. This is an estimate and may be slowed by certain uncontrollable circumstances, holiday seasons or other postal or customs problems or issues. For faster shipping we also offer USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail and FEDEX. 

Return Policy
StockyDudes.com Store offers a 30-day return policy on all unopened items with no restocking fee; however we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used, unless the product is defective. Refunds are on the purchase price only. We do not refund shipping costs. If you need to return a product, please contact us at orders@ptmediallc.com to obtain an RMA number. Please note that we do not accept returns without an RMA number.
